The City of Hope Outreach is a faith-based nonprofit ministry incorporated in Arkansas. Board members voluntarily serve to hold fast the vision of this ministry. The Director is charged with implementing the vision and core values of City of Hope Outreach by handling all the day to day responsibilities and decisions of the ministry and by equipping and empowering those participating in our mission.
